Sorry if the format is messed up; this is my first thread start. So, it sounds like just being there is now an actionable crime. Not one report of election fraud has actually been examined in court (that I know of, at any rate), but a report that a citizen might have showed up to express concern about the election is worth investigating and prosecuting.
Does anyone out there still think the Constitution is in effect?
The constitution is just an annoying piece of paper to these people that they ignore whenever they can and get around it all the time.
"Shall not be infringed." "No firearms in federal buildings," red flag laws, etc.
With how many legislatures committed blatant treason I'm just waiting for the "it's time to hold a constitutional convention in order to remove the document as it is no longer a useful item for our current world" notice to go out soon. It hasn't even been a full week and they're already going full potato in various other ways.
They clearly don't have any loyalty toward the Constitution, but they like to hide behind it. Since even the Supreme Court isn't interested in testing the constitutionality of government activities, there shouldn't be any rush to get rid of it officially. We would appear to be going full authoritarian all at once. I wonder if enough people will see it.
