They're trying to consolidate power for Biden as quickly as possible so that when he takes office there is as little resistance as possible for what they'll be enacting: removal of the 2A.
I also think they can stack the fuck out of the court to prevent legal issues then they'll pass an amendment to kill the 2nd.
How should that work? They would need to pass a Constitutional Amendment to kill the Second Amendment, wouldn't they?
To propose a Constitutional Amendment they would need a two-thirds majority vote in BOTH the House of Representatives and the Senate, I don't see that happening.
And once proposed, to actually pass a Constitutional Amendment and add it to the Constitution, it would need to be ratified by three-fourths of the States (38 of 50 States). There is no way 38 states are going to decide to kill the second amendment.
