“Non-radioactive isotope watermark..means it can be GPS tracked...”

This statement makes gives me huge doubt unless he means there is some network of detectors for the isotope that also receive and transmit gps info.

Might be that. But it sounded like he was describing these things emitting something to be tracked. Fishy.
