Settings > Notifications > scroll down 100s of apps to the very bottom.

Thanks for checking. I am thinking that the media and tech would just ignore an emergency update from the FCC regardless if it had been issued by an executive branch authority anyway.
I had the update go through :C I couldn’t stop it in time

That’s what I’m kinda scared of. The fog of war has descended on our nation. We’re living through unprecedented times. All I can do is wait and pray.
