The man can come out and literally say "Hey morons, this is over, I conceded" and they would come up with a conspiracy theory about how this is not true and that he had to say that so the plan can be executed.
I am pretty damn sure that "concession speech" was a fake. Before his ban, Trump himself also hinted at it not being a real statement that he put out. Also, General Flynn, Rudy Guiliani and several other people in Trump's administration had put out statements on Parler, Clouthub and Gab saying that Trump "Will be in office for the next four years PER THE RULE OF LAW". How do you explain that if he supposedly conceded?
