Too bad the courts are completely corrupt.

63
GlacialSpeed 63 points ago +63 / -0

If only they had standing.... said every blackmailed/bribed judge in the country.

32
NoCoupForYou 32 points ago +32 / -0

If only Gab had filed earlier. Or waited until after they were put out of business.

Exactly, WTF have any courts done for speech recently?

13
TheWinningNeverStops 13 points ago +13 / -0

This. People have the memory of a goldfish. The whole thing is corrupt and there is only one remedy to it. People just don't want to acknowledge it.

3
GlockArm 3 points ago +3 / -0

Nooooo! you're glowing! You can't suggest that the only way to resist a no-holds communist takeover of our country and stripping of our every right is a reason to shoot tyrants! That's illegaly! What about the optics! They'll call you nazis don't you realize?!?!

The 2nd amendment was plainly and unquestionable written for these very situations. Killing tyrants.

4
morten 4 points ago +4 / -0

No standing! They should have sued before this happened.

1
Deathlessly 1 point ago +1 / -0

Their courts.

Their government.

You are the country of one. May we find each other in the dark.

But until then, stay there until you're called. You're still alive. You're still an agent of change.

Lou Dobbs is the best, isn't he? Love him!!!

19
junta 19 points ago +19 / -0

The last good man at Fox. Perhaps the only one there ever was.

15
Granny 15 points ago +15 / -0

He's on Fox Business too, along with Maria Bartiromo, Stu Varney, and many other watchables!

10
junta 10 points ago +10 / -0

Ah right, never watched much Stu. Maria and Judge Jeanine are based. The last good women at Fox.

6
NoCoupForYou 6 points ago +6 / -0

Jeanine WAS based. She said to stop with the Antifa conspiracy, that it was all MAGA, without mentioning the biggest charge against the "Insurrectionists" is misdemeanor trespassing.

4
junta 4 points ago +4 / -0

Really? Disappointing. Haven’t watched Fox in a couple months, but I know she went to bat for GEOTUS on the fraud. Shame she didn’t hold the line.

2
NoCoupForYou 2 points ago +2 / -0

Maybe I should go softer on her. The charges so far are a joke for an "insurrection" - misdemeanor trespass, and I think some bogus "mishandling federal property" or some such (don't remember exact phrase) which is probably also minor.

However, pundits need to be emphasizing the overblown aspect of the whole thing, rather than focusing on a handful of people of of 100k's that got a little rowdy.

It barely rises to the level of a frat house prank

Stu is on from 9am-12. I'm retired, so I get to watch him!

29
Virtigo31 29 points ago +29 / -0

Would definitely be nice Lou, ya know? In a country with like, judges who aren't spineless pieces of shit and stuff.

13
p1smo 13 points ago +13 / -0

Everyone thought Texas and the 18 states that signed amici curiae supporting their election fraud lawsuit had a strong case too...

1
Tallsie 1 point ago +1 / -0

They did have a strong case, our judges really need to think hard about listening to both sides of an issue.

1
p1smo 1 point ago +1 / -0

They did have a strong case

Exactly, and it didn’t make any difference. After this election, it should be obvious the courts are not on the side of freedom.

12
pede45390328 12 points ago +12 / -0

Would be a good case. Look at what Twitter does tolerate, and they are also on AWS (among others).

11
DrownByAqua 11 points ago +11 / -0

No standing.

11
RoninIV 11 points ago +11 / -0

Not under our current one sided legal system

10
MLGS 10 points ago +10 / -0

Even the guys who get it like Lou Dobbs still don't really get it.

8
CubanitoLopez 8 points ago +8 / -0

How much yall wanna bet a swamp judge throws this out. it's likena switch has been turned on.

7
swifty123456 7 points ago +7 / -0

lol how cute people still trust the court system

7
Libertynfreedom4ever 7 points ago +7 / -0

“No standing” - every court

6
Nomad1 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah, well. We live in the eastern district of China now. So I'm now sure it matters anymore.

5
WassermanSchultz 5 points ago +5 / -0

Gonna cost a fortune to beat them in court, which is their plan. They have very deep pockets and can let it drag on for years.

5
Patroklos_Maga 5 points ago +5 / -0

It's not only social media, it's not only virtual. Courts are controlled, scotus is controlled, police is controlled. You are being deprived of all your rights. There are no human rights anymore. It's full dictatoship mode.

Ooooo... Sorry. Laches. Also, standing

3
EMP2024 3 points ago +3 / -0

"Amazon, Google, and Apple are not competitors in the social media space so they can't take away your market share so goodbye" ~the courts

4
Turtler 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes it looks like Parler has a pretty strong anti-trust, anti-competitive case against them.... until you remember what happened to what looked like a pretty strong anti-fraud, anti-democratic case against the despotic machines of Atlanta, Philadelphia, and so on.

I imagine that what passes for the "legal authorities" in our decayed Republic will laugh the case right out of court and then laugh all the way to the bank.

4
DippedBeef 4 points ago +4 / -0

It doesn't matter. They're doubling down hard because they know the Biden administration will be running the anti-trust division in 10 days. They're banking on that.

3
JohnR23 3 points ago +3 / -0

Those rules are for them, not for you.

3
gawd-emperor 3 points ago +3 / -0

Supremes are corrupt

What do u think lower court judges are crystal clear?

3
WhiteLivesMatter 3 points ago +3 / -0

except that the courts are in on it.

3
NathanielGreene 3 points ago +3 / -0

The courts will never hear the case.

3
Brakesbreaktrains2 3 points ago +3 / -0

Like the 48 states suing Facebook?

Good thing none of them have any more evidence of Facebook being a monopoly than we have of election fraud... 🙄

Now all we need is a court to give a shit about evidence

3
OneBigMaga 3 points ago +3 / -0

And then you remember that the law no longer matters.

no standing... or is it dispooted... who knows..

2
JiXinping 2 points ago +2 / -0

There's no laws. Courts do what they are bribed to do by the left.

2
mcoulton 2 points ago +2 / -0

But on page 95 paragraph 98, it says, "AWS has the right to suspend survice at any time or reason"

2
10_for_the_big_man 2 points ago +2 / -0

should of brought before/after AWS stole, I mean, banned

1

Make Dan Wealthy Again!

1
Space_Force 1 point ago +1 / -0

Too bad no court will hear it.

1

Perilous times for civil rights? Aren't civil rights suspended during martial law? ... Are we in martial law?

1
Bedminster 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't worry, when they finally get to court a judge will toss it and say the have no standing.

1
MagaNV 1 point ago +1 / -0

I would think the lawsuit should be worth billions. Not only are they attempting to monopolize the market but destroy your business. unnacceptable.

1
Ivleeeg 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't forget Twitter and Facebook. They're part of the collusion too.

1
Trumps_legacy 1 point ago +1 / -0

yeah google will just pay off the judges. i cant believe no one cares enough for the country

1
Pepbrandt 1 point ago +1 / -0

Supreme CCPourt will hear your case now.

Silicon Valley has gotten accustomed to being shielded by Section 230. But not all corporate actions are covered by that law.

AWS is dominant and subject to antitrust complaints. This has nothing to do with moderation on the internet.

1
Comanche 1 point ago +1 / -0

I have heard over the last several months people who were suspicious of the founders and money behind Parler, and then there was Code Monkey's comments.

What if Parler was a honey pot, a life raft with a hidden leak designed to sink at just the right moment in time.

1
Virginia_Dare [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's possible, but they are only going down for a day. They will be back on Tuesday on their own, non-Amazon servers.

1
T_Hage 1 point ago +1 / -0

The lower courts still have strong judges. Higher courts are corrupt.
