Cmon man, the guy on the phone line isn't doing so well. Or else they wouldn't be working customer service over the phone. He probably doesn't give a fuck about Amazon and just needs a paycheck.

I doubt there is much a customer service representative could do to sabotage amazon lol
Principles will take a back seat to keeping a roof under your head and food on the table.
