Can someone help the tech-tarded? Auto updates are off on my PC idk about my phone. And right now google isn't exactly my favorite (I'm moving stuff but it takes time). Settings? App settings?

Note this is for system updates which is separate to app updates.
Just remember to set a reminder in your calendar to switch it back on, maybe after 20-30 days (make sure you check that it's safe to do so without losing EBS access).
