Get rid of all your accounts. Shop only at local small businesses. Get rid of this poison in your life. Meet people in person. Join community groups and church/synagogue groups.

I have smart stuff all over my house. Fire TV too. This will take awhile

You don't have to dispense with all technology, just get as much open source stuff as possible, store stuff locally on your own drives etc.
