I think you'd need more evidence that they're in cahoots together to bring down Trump like emails planning it. But this action would solidify it. Also if they're not charged, they could also take a massive hit with the public from being connected to this.
I wouldn't say removing Parler is outright treasonous (though their intent certainly is), but it's definitely in violation of Anti-Trust laws.
