In Soviet Russia, the government before doing something heinous (like execution of political opponents) would spread the news that Soviet citizens demanded it. In reality of course, there were no actual citizens who would demand executions. What I'm saying is that Twitter has likely totally made this up about its employees voting to ban Trump. They use it to "legitimize" their actions.
