“You will be in the right, O Lord, when I lay my charges against you; but let me put my case to you.

I was brought up Christian. As I grew, the evil agenda infiltrated me and I was lost in my 20s. Never disavowed the Lord, just lost in a wilderness of debauchery, sinning with the rest of them, but a corner of my soul never relented. Too proud, I guess, to ever let others shame me for my beliefs. Whatever the reason, I never said no to God, just 'not right now'

The events of the past 9 or 10 months have culminated in nothing less than my devout belief. I hope the haters see the error of their ways.

This describes my personal story to a T.

Started a year Bible reading plan in 2021. It’s good to be home.

I'm in the earlier stages of this. But none the less this is my current situation.

You didn't ask, but I want to give you 1 piece of advice:

Your soul is immortal. Treat it so.

It's actually not. Either you live forever in Heaven or your soul is destroyed in the lake of fire.

No, i think several verses make it quite clear:

Matthew 25:46 ESV And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Matthew 25:41 ESV “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.

Revelation 21:8 ESV But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”

Jude 1:7 ESV Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire.

Revelation 20:10 ESV And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

2 Thessalonians 1:9 ESV They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might,

Romans 6:23 ESV For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

John 3:36 ESV Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.

Mark 9:48 ESV ‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’

Matthew 18:8 ESV And if your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life crippled or lame than with two hands or two feet to be thrown into the eternal fire.

The destruction of the damned soul is eternal.

Same but I did disavow. Although I still tried to keep the "what if?" in my head(Thanks Donnie Darko)

I didnt vote in 2016 because of a combination of not changing my address in time after leaving the service/the enemies demoralization efforts working. Ever since Trump won I consider myself a believe of sorts. This is also why I refuse to tolerate these shills/glowies/doomers that aren't strong enough to hold the line.

after reading ayn rand I became a hard core atheist, growing up around a lot of religious people who didn't act religious certainly influenced this but it's still my decision

came back to religion after some opening myself up to getting stabbed and the back and was (much like trump), then I did something I shouldn't have done and tested god (if x happens then I'll believe) and well here I am. I'll admit jordan peterson helped me a long this route because he helped me understand people
