Frankly speaking, he's not capable of pulling off what he did in the early nineties. What he did at CERN, he didn't fully understand himself, and it took off big time because of it's unregulated nature. Now he wants to "fix" the internet. It shows that he's just clueless.
I wouldn't expect Tim Berners-Lee to build anything new. He said that internet is out of control and needs more "regulation".
To play devils advocate, what was the context? Cause quite frankly, the hypocrisy of the tech companies needs to be regulated.
