They get weeded out, fired, or not hired. It's part of a larger demoralization process for the entire western world. The biggest companies make money by selling your data and this is intrinsicaly not a conservative thing to do, (spying on people) so the methodology itself is very liberal.

The reason why is because many of the jobs were in liberal hell holes a.k.a big cities. However, if we keep up the work from home it would allow populations to spread out.

There are, just more "reserved and conservative" with their opinions.
