Has been one of the worst weeks with my panic attacks. Dealing with all this uncertainty. Trump is silent.

Any one else have mental health issues?

Bruh, first take the red pill, then the chill pill. Jk.

look what happened last week and you will realize we are winning! The Democrats had to force Google, Apple, Twitter, Facebook, Amazon, Spotify.... to ban Trump and his followers because THEY ARE AFRAID and it’s all they have left! Even my liberal friends are not cool with Apple and big tech playing with out 1st amendment rights. Look what we have accomplished. 1. We got all these crooks to sign off on a fraudulent election which is treason. 2. We found out Pence is a traitor along with Mitch and others. 3 BONUS! We got all these big tech giants to show their true colors. Imagine 75 million pissed off customers leaving leaving! We have them by the balls now. Watch this guy name Salty Cracker on YouTube, he will raise your spirit.

Take a step back from it for a bit.

This shit will continue and you can drop back in. You can take a vacation. Fishing man, kayaking.

It's easy to worry in uncertain times. Just remember there are millions of people who are willing to fight for your freedom all over the world, and that evil has never prevailed for long in history

Massive anxiety here...

No TD.win for 3 hours before bedtime I love to garden and cook and bake - so planning 2021 garden and finding new recipes Going back to my innocent days - believing G-d will see us through and everything works out over time (even my sad little blueberry bushes)

Lots of people call me retarded. Does that count? I am pretty damn stupid, I'll admit that.

Panic disorder and anxiety are no joke. Back when they were easy to get, Valium always worked the best. Nowadays, a good quality CBD oil reallly does the trick. Hopefully you can get your hands on either. Last resort, have a few drinks but that's really no solution. Good luck.

Sunlight and exercise work better than the alcohol-no hangovers.

Agreed. We live in the mountains so daily hikes are our medicine. That and cbd lol.

whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
