If you were shot by a .45 cal load at point blank range like that the exit wound alone would be so devastating that you would bleed out in less then 30 seconds. The amount of blood and soft tissue that would have been all over the place would have been exceptional... But we're supposed to believe that a little bloody nose and a bit of blood on her mouth equals a catastrophic gunshot wound to the throat. Give me a break. A clear puncture of the jugular thru and thru doesn’t squirt, it’ll just pump out. It will also pump out internally depending on the angle. We also have no idea of the exact spot she was hit.if it punctured her esophagus and trachea will ts possible she bled into her lungs which then caused a spasm of coughing up blood, which by the photos looks like what happened.
A .45 cal bullet (especially) when fired from point blank range doesn't (clearly) puncture through and through anything. It greatly expands and blasts out everything in it's path with tremendously high velocity. You can search videos on YouTube for .45acp for demonstrations against pigs which have a similar muscle strength and bone mass to humans. You’ll easily find that there is not massive explosion. I have also treated gunshot wounds from 9-7.62 so yea....just going to block your stupidity now
