It doesnt appear her artery was struck. She is bundled up and on her back. There is much more blood than you can see.
It isn't always like in the movies. Ive seen police shooting videos where they put a half dozen rounds in someone and you dont see much.
Give me a break. You obviously didn't even watch the video. If anybody gets shot with a .45 cal in the throat they are going to be gushing out blood. Not just a trickle... The blood loss will be significant. The exit wound would be very large with a lot of blood and tissue spray everywhere... .45 is a huge load. Give it a rest. I'm looking at the footage of the moment she is being shot in the throat with a .45 cal. I have firearms experience. I know what those loads do. They expand and cause incredible damage. The throat area is all soft tissue and cartilage. There are major arteries and veins all over the throat that supply the brain with a huge amount of blood. The moment a person receives a catastrophic gunshot wound to the throat (especially with a .45) the blood and tissue spray is enormous.
Yet this chick falls to the ground and we can clearly see that there is ZERO blood anywhere. But you clowns in here know this.
