I hate to tell you, but she’s dead... your eye is seeing a special illusion because the hall is wider than what you’re shown on video, her body was also well past the door and she pulled back in once hit.
If you were shot by a .45 cal load at point blank range like that the exit wound alone would be so devastating that you would bleed out in less then 30 seconds. The amount of blood and soft tissue that would have been all over the place would have been exceptional... But we're supposed to believe that a little bloody nose and a bit of blood on her mouth equals a catastrophic gunshot wound to the throat. Give me a break.
