Did Trump just juke big tech and force them into an unforced error, and thus gain "standing" to destroy them in their current form?

If, for any reason, Ctrl-Left Big Tech blocked even the simplest Emergency Broadcast, can't those seats and systems be sized and brought into compliance or shut down indefinitely?
