No one is the wiser.
You could never generate a Zero Delta with synchronized posting, even if you were standing shoulder to shoulder with Trump when you did it. It's physically impossible due to the limitations of the technical platforms involved. Only by manually setting the time stamp can you achieve it.

The rest of the "proof" I've seen is mostly just confirmation bias, false accounts with backdated posts, and trickery. Nothing concrete.
