So you're saying if Trump and someone posting to Q were sitting in the same room and coordinating a 0 delta, that would be impossible? They couldn't have had pre written posts and hit enter in succession?

Yes, technology isn't instantaneous.

For example, it takes about two minutes for anything I post here to show up.

Different infrastructures will have different capabilities.
