that's the point.. he didn't do it because it wasn't the right thing to do regardless of cabinet. If he is able to use the military it won't be "against the country he loves" it will be in order to preserve the country he loves. When he had the opportunity to use the military for three months to secure the ballot machines, he never dared do so since that would be introducing the military to solve a political crisis. That is the role of the courts and legislative branch.
