No. Communism owns all businesses. Factories, banks everything. They then pay basically the same wage to everyone no matter what they do.
National Socialism forced business owners to pay all employees on a share by share basis. So while the CEO may get 12 shares of the profit, if the business makes good money the single share of even a janitor could buy a nice house, 2 cars, kids to college etc.
So while by definition they are both forms of socialism... no its not "the same".

Nazism is a form of socialism. In the 1920s, Mussolini was in the Communist Party but had one disagreement with the Party that resulted in his expulsion. He didn't believe the state should own the means of production but rather just control all aspects of it. His reasoning was, private ownership would make the factories run better. The only distinction that matters is how well an ideology implements post-Enlightenment, rule-of-law protections for the rights of individuals. The first requirement toward this goal is an unyielding belief in objective truth and fanatical devotion to its pursuit through reason (This is not an atheist sentiment; reason and truth not only include God, they place The Creator at the center of Truth).
Every other ideology, no matter how prettied up for popular, unthinking consumption, is some form of collectivist totalitarianism meant to lead back to the mass slavery of feudalism.
