I saw a longer clip with small flashes others speculating whether gunfire or fireworks as apparently in Rome fireworks are a thing due to “newly made cultural diversity”. You can hear some noise in this clip but nowadays I worry about deep fakes and since most cams i view don’t have sound not sure if legit
