Is it constitutionally possible for Biden/Harris and the whole Biden administration to be forced to resign and Trump/Pence or Trump/Flynn to be inaugurated as TRUMP 2021 administration later this year for 4 years?
I don't believe that biden will be inaugurated on the 20th. Personal opinion. Martial Law coming very soon. Some of the Capitol breach people were spec ops that came in dressed as antifa. They took 4-6 laptops and they're damaging to their owners. Pelosi is losing her sht cause she knows whats coming. The military assets are already in place.
I sure hope so, but I don't see it happening. The risk is extremely high that most Republicans in the Senate will turn against Trump if he tries anything like this and they will get the 70% of votes together in the Senate to impeach him, and ban him for life from running ever again for a public office, with this, he would lose everything: 2020/21 and 24. This would be his death sentence, politically. If he doesn't do this, he at least has the chance for justice later this year as TRUMP 2021 (as I named it), or latest as TRUMP 2024.
