“We’re the resistance!” Even though every major company, all media outlets, and most of the government support them, the police won’t arrest or investigate them, the courts refuse to convict them.
I was on Facebook (yeah, I know; I use it mainly to share non-political stuff with distant family and friends) and I noted everyone suddenly commenting that if it was blacks breaching the Capitol, they would of been gunned down en masse. I kept asking why they all thought that, since BLM was given a considerable amount leeway and leniency during their protests and violence last year. Then I saw the replays of the anchors and commentators on CNN saying just that. That's when the light bulb went on. All my FB friends were just parroting what they saw on CNN. So I called them out on it. Told them, sure watch CNN, but then check out Fox too. Diversify your news sources. Get both sides of the story. Form you OWN opinion. They weren't happy. They just kept insisting that blacks would have been shot on sight. So then I pressed on. I stated that if they shot blacks at the Capital, photos and video of bloodied bodies on the Capitol steps would be all over the MSM for weeks, even months. Cell phone video would be shared all over YouTube. That would be the end of any administration, much less a Republican one. I got nothing back but silence after that.
It comes down to whether or not you possess opinions or if opinions possess you. Many on the left are possessed by ideology. It's boring to talk with them because we already know exactly what they think.

Good point
True, you are then whatever they want to mold you into.
