Valid point. But just remember the alternative, Microsoft, is no better.

You / we are kind of stuck when all the “devils you know” are worse than the devil you know now.

Azure is much safer than AWS, the right-wingers at Microsoft are working on it. The left-wingers are working on the consumer stuff.

Bill Gates left Microsoft in 2008. Steve Ballmer, the person who replaced him was based AF. Satya Nadella, who replaced Ballmer is unknown; but he did come from the Azure team.

You believe Gates has no control, influence or investment in microsoft?

There's more alternatives then just Azure, there's Google, Oracle, even IBM offer cloud services.

I think Google is even funnier, the same company that bans conservative thought from youtube

Larry Ellison CTO of Oracle seems somewhat conservative from his Wikipedia page. He's hosted a fundraiser for Rand Paul in his home. He also allowed Donald Trump to have a fundraiser on his estate. Perhaps Parler and the like should be using their cloud services.

This may be an opportunity for some to build an alternative platform that is decentralized but provides a lot of the same scalability and features,

I'm looking at this as a business and technical opportunity for the next big trend in the coming years.

Microsoft actually is a little better, they tend not to mix politics with business as much as other tech companies. IBM and Oracle also provide hosting services

Well I wouldn’t trust Nadella at MSFT any further than I could throw him. He has caved on things in the past. Ironically the big defence contract for cloud services went from AWS to Azure because Trump essentially didn’t want Bezos to prosper off it. Will Nadella remember that? Hell no.

Would you trust Ellison at Oracle? Never. And I do not know who the new CEO is of IBM but Gini Romnetty was a turncoat, like Lindsey 6.0, every time she got around Trump on the technology committee she sat on a few years back.

Remember Big Tech protects Big Tech. And if one member gets out of hand / un-woke, the rest will let them have it. All these companies do a lot of business with each other. Anyone seen to be helping conservatives will face a backlash within the community that we will never know of, but it will be substantial.

I am definitely not a paranoid person. But the last week has shown me there is a massive war on right now against any conservatives in America because we are in the middle of a coup d’ etat that must not be stopped under any circumstances.
