Only buy the bare necessities you need to get by on.
Put off big ticket purchases
Buy from locals when you can
Cut off all unnecessary subscriptions
Stop using Big brand services
Turn in cell phones (does every person in your family really need a cell phone? NO
Remove all payment information from Amazon, fill your shopping carts full but don't proceed through checkout. This will fuck up their inventory.
Stop eating out.
Be lean and frugal for a while, big business will take notice.

Filling your cart and not checking out doesn't screw with their inventory. Any modern shopping cart software will handle this without reserving inventory.
In the past, there were suggestions on the Fulfilled by Amazon forums about how to lock up your competitors inventory so you could take over the buy box and sell through your units. They suggested using credit card gift cards that don't have enough money on them to cover the purchase. This scheme was fixed by Amazon a few years ago though.
I used to use these low balance credit card gift cards to scam free parking. Some parking lots didn't do immediate authorization on the card and would let you exit even though the transaction would be declined after I was gone when the batch was processed. I told some friends about it, but they reported that it stopped working at the lot they used pretty quickly.
I want to take issue with one of your points, kinda sorta. My husband and I don't eat out often. But we do still patronize small, local, family owned and run restaurants. We never eat fast food or big corporate food. But because of us and our neighbors efforts our favorite little diner not only survived lockdowns, they have thrived. It helped a family keep their business and kept the half dozen people who work there employed. It's something I'm glad we were able to do and I'll never apologize for that.
Thank you for your point and I agree with you. What you are doing is no different than buying food from a local farmer. Which is what we should be doing.
We do that too. Local or small local source vendors. During the worst parts of lockdown we ordered meat from Moink a few times. Not cheap but very good quality and all from small family farms.
BTW one other thing about that diner we like: everyone there is MAGA. We even got the chef a Space Force hat for his birthday after he liked mine. If you can do it, and I know not everyone can, support other patriots. Feels good man. πΊπΈππΈ
Here is something that also might help.

Although your children have most likely been brainwashed by the public school system, they need to sacrifice too! You still have control over your kids, don't you?
What if I want to eat out my wife?
That's OK too as long as you're not getting sloppy seconds!
