I’m looking, but there was a blonde guy above the windows being broken by Antifa when patriots tried to stop them. He had climbed up to the balcony for a better overhead view. Long blonde hair, looks like same person in this video.

Yes - this cideo was around last night - I have seen it. I just wanted to confirm US Capitol (and it does look like it) at the relevant time.
Plenty of people wear goggles. I’ve been indirectly maced by guys on bikes when I was there before. Some people knew it would be crazy and expected things like mace and tear gas. Even if you’re just standing around that stuff gets into your eyes depending on the direction of the wind. Antifa and that crew also are known to throw bodily fluids and chemicals too.
But Trump supporters going to a Trump Rally don't, because they have no expectation of rioting.

Have you been to DC for any of the last 3 functions? You do know Trump mentioned the last would be a protest, right? You do know there was talk of people bussing in for counter protesting, right? You do know plenty of people take precautions to protect themselves when possible, right? Kind of like a boy scout. Always prepared. Goggles doesn’t mean anything bad. Many of the “press” wear helmets, goggles, and plate carriers in the live stream videos of the conflicts between Antifa/BLM and patriots.
