I don’t like to be destructive, but I’m also pissed by Apple’s behavior. I’ve probably spent tens of thousands on their hardware and software over the last 34 years and I also just ordered a new Apple computer last week and I’m waiting for delivery.
I’ve never returned an Apple product, but I am considering opening up my computer, starting the set-up process, then returning it. They would then need to check it, repackage it, then sell it as a refurb.
I may do that, but what if 1,000 or 10,000 or 50,000 of us did that with iPhones & laptops, & Mac Minis?
Do you think they would get the message?
I'm thinking along those lines too.
Remembering Apples's "1984" advertisement?
For any young folks out there here is Apple cofounder Steve Jobs speaking at the introduction of the Macintosh. Starting at the important part: https://youtu.be/zlQvMp5rB6g?t=210
