On Thursday, a day after the Capitol riots, Limbaugh said,

“We’re supposed to be horrified by the protesters. There’s a lot of people out there calling for the end of violence. A lot of conservatives, social media, who say that any violence or aggression at all is unacceptable regardless of the circumstances. I am glad Sam Adams, Thomas Paine, the actual Tea Party guys, the men at Lexington and Concord, didn’t feel that way.”

Rush has always been and will always be the epitome of a patriotic, God fearing American

God bless Rush. The silver lining of his condition is that he can say something like that with no concern for the consequences. He has fuck you time to continue to speak the truth.

...sometime later in the gulag I heard one new pede say to another pede, "hey, at least we never resorted to violence. History will remember that.". "So very true." Replied the other. Then suddenly, the bunkhouse door swung open and the guards came in without a word. Their boots thundered loudly as they stomped across the filthy floor. They grabbed the pair of men without the slightest hint of a struggle and marched them out the bunkhouse for good. Food was in short supply in the camp and even the guards were rumored to skip meals. The weakest amongst our numbers...the, "unproductive and irreconcilable" were being killed to preserve food. Within minutes, the faint shout of an order to fire...a death sentenced by no jury, uncontested and without advocacy, could be heard through the thin outer walls of the bunk. Then suddenly, sharply, a volly of fire rang out through the cold evening that pierced every man's soul within earshot. And then silence... No one in the bunk dared a breath as darkness fell upon the camp. A moment of silence for the lost. This was not the first. It assuredly was not the last. ...and with a cold last-gasp and then inhale, life moved on in the camp. For the dead, who in life celebrated it above freedom, a silent prayer was issued for their eternal peace, which for them now, was the only peace left for them to find.
