From a pure standpoint of reason, the Insurrection Act is what would result in the least suffering for all. What the political-big business-communist class want will result in terrible side effects, they are psychopaths and sociopaths. It's not unthinkable this could eventually turn into a world war.
Unless Trump calls martial law the traitors are dead. Marshall law and mass arrests is the least bloody option we have at this point.
