No, when they consolidated the classes, they got rid of that. When I got my General class, had to receive at 13wpm. Advanced and Expert had 20 wpm. I was capable of receiving at 60 wpm, so it was easy.
Still can do it well today, can at least send and receive at 20 wpm...about as fast to thumb type a text.
