Nah its not bad i started a few weeks ago from scratch. Just get a few books and get licensed. Most emergency radio freq have switched to encryption so dont expect to hear eveything.

Why do you have to get licensed? I honestly have no idea of HAM radios. Quite ignorant on them.

What research/ books/ YouTube (I know I know) videos would you suggest?

If say I were to get a ham radio- what good does it do? Does it do any good of pretty much zero of your friends and family have one?

What is or could be the purpose of them for conservatives/ if conservative speech is silenced?

How much are they? How big of a learning curve? I’d appreciate any response lol. 👌🏽(Muh dog whistle) 👍🏽☺️

To listen you don’t need a license, you only need one if you are going to broadcast over so many watts.. it’s basically a safety course so you don’t fuck yourself up doing so, and so you know what channels are allowed ect. There was a guy the FCC or whoever caught he was broadcasting at like 750k watts. He played dumb they gave him a warning caught him later doing the same just at 750w and issued him a 15,000 dollar fine
