If you have an Apple phone, turn off automatic updates because Apple is going to release a small scaled down update which will automatically change the emergency broadcast system app from on to off or remove it entirely. So if Trump does use this option to get his message out, you will not hear it. Make sure you have it switched on also and Amber Alert.
