I have several close friends in the military. If it is a hostile time or chance or any type or war or unrest the POTUS flights are blacked out. Regardless of what he is flying on the general public will not have a clue. He and his flight escorts are blacked out.

Looks like it's headed back to Offutt.

Seems near Offutt Air Force Base, a U.S. Air Force base south of Omaha, Nebraska. It is the headquarters of the U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), the 557th Weather Wing, and the 55th Wing (55 WG) of the Air Combat Command (ACC), the latter serving as the host unit.

United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) is one of the eleven unified combatant commands in the United States Department of Defense. Headquartered at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, USSTRATCOM is responsible for strategic deterrence, global strike, and operating the Defense Department's Global Information Grid.

It also provides a host of capabilities to support the other combatant commands, including integrated missile defense; and global command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR). This command exists to give national leadership a unified resource for greater understanding of specific threats around the world and the means to respond to those threats rapidly.

Confirmed landed.

I would expect that particular plane to be "invisibility" capable... beyond just turning off its "squawk"/transponders... but because its flight record has most of its movements it makes me more curious about what it was up to and where it was during the gaps and/or "missing legs" in the flight history of late.

Appears to be heading to Offutt (USSTRATCOM) again. This is more likely to be Sec Def Miller.

Just now changed direction from due north to northeast...

Hmmm. Any pivotal military bases as possible destination, given flight direction?
