Yep tech is consumer level right now. My GF uses an app that deep fakes her into movies and shit, looks 100% like her when she sends them to me, and it's a movie fully animated. She has no tech competence at all and can basically make a perfect one on her own at this point through consumer apps. The gov prob has some insane shit for it.
