It looks like a fake, the background is fake, what he says in it is okay, but it could have been posted by the twitter team on his verified account without effort, so there's no way to know. what I've read in the debunking efforts online is that apparently most lefties and most press truly believe or want to believe that vid is 100% real, and proves Trump was at the White House when he recorded it ( obviously he wasn't )
