You know this made me realize... If Twitter can ban me from their platform because muh private company and they can do it for pretty much ANY reason then if I own a restaurant why can't I ban black people... or ban white people?
I'm not pro banning anyone I'm just saying what is the legal foundation for the government being able to tell a business owner to do anything inside his own building. Health codes are so people don't get sick and die. Making your business whites only isn't going to kill anyone.
The problem isn't that people should run businesses that way. the problem is we gave the government power that didn't belong to them. The proper way to solve this problem was social pressure, it was a boycott, not government tyranny. Now that we have normalized that they government is drunk on power.
