If Trump is planning something and does have something crazy information, it would make sense to throw out some crazy conspiracies, each with tendrils of truth, to have them distracted and searching down rabbit holes to cover up whatever they can.

I agree. Lin, Sidney, Patrick Byrne, all seem to be engaged in some kind of information/disinformation campaign that leads to misdirection.
