Did they same, but my yearly prime is only a month old.

Emailed support to try for a refund, wish me luck pedes! Will start calling tomorrow if I did get an affirmation from them.

Dispute the charge on your credit card. When I left Netflix they still stealth charged me for 4 months. I filed a dispute with the card company and wamo got my refund. The best part is it is a huge fee to the company owner when they loses the dispute.
