It’s pretty hard to cut fat while gaining Mass without hyper actively tracking macros, And for some people it’s outright not possible genetically from what I understand. It’s not reasonable for most people.
If you are skinny I would recommend simply straight bulking to fill out, and cutting later. Try and get between .75-1g of protein per pound a day and eat at a consistent surplus. If you’re in it for the long haul it’s much easier to maintain consistency with something like that.
Rodger that. And that does go in-line with what I have heard about fat people having the ability to get muscle faster than skinny people, because they already have the meat they need to cut away from.
For me I need to add another step to the process by consuming first and then cutting away.
