You know I am on the fence with this. I was told that lessening your carb intake is good for you. But when I lift weights, having a good amount of carbs can keep you from being light-headed.
I am torn on this.

It’s pretty hard to cut fat while gaining Mass without hyper actively tracking macros, And for some people it’s outright not possible genetically from what I understand. It’s not reasonable for most people.
If you are skinny I would recommend simply straight bulking to fill out, and cutting later. Try and get between .75-1g of protein per pound a day and eat at a consistent surplus. If you’re in it for the long haul it’s much easier to maintain consistency with something like that.

Are you going into ketosis? You might not be consuming enough calories or protein.
No, but I am trying to get in better shape. Basically I am skinny dude that wants to lean out in areas, while putting on more mass in others.
And I am trying to find the right diet plan and exercise regiment to do this.
