Never tried Vivaldi, so I don't know about the differences. What I do know, is that dissenter has a little built in tool that lets you comment on any website anywhere
I don't like Vivaldi because you are basically forced to use their cloud backup for your bookmarks/passwords. You can copy the files and store them, but in the event of a hardware failure of the CPU or mobo, the browser will not allow you to decrypt your local backup.
I had to use some grey hat tools to recover somone's passwords a couple years ago, and i've been down on Vivaldi ever since.
