HR is actually pretty stupid themselves. They barely make it though college in a nonsense major. They actually think they are there to help employees. Jobs like social media moderators, diversity officers, etc...have been getting traction and focus on hiring otherwise unemployable people naive enough to think they are working for a greater good vs. a corporation, which apparently is OK, so long as they employe them. HR is like a stupid person with a firearm - it’s best to stay clear of them and never fuck with them directly.
Also HR is full of incompetent cunts, because that's exactly what they are, incompetent cunts. No child dreams of working HR, nobody goes to school to work HR. People that can't cut college, or cut it in a real office end up there working along side people that do have the know how, but lack the interpersonal skills to survive in a normal office.
