Once I signed on I realized I have made many reviews of items and answered many questions for other users, so instead of deleting my account, I went into settings and deleted my credit card off the site, Then I change my username on the site (what shows up in reviews and questions) and changed that to "TRUMP WON" and it changed to that for every review I ever made or question answered

I wrote a review once on how a seller tried to bribe me for their crappy product that was worse than 0 stars... they banned me from further reviews.
They're scum
They banned me from reviews around Christmas. bought a new mic that i thought was a Shure dynamic mic based on the pictures shown and the description. It turned out to be a no-name chinese knockoff that looked nothing like the pics and didn't even work. I returned it and wrote in the review not to buy it and reported them to amazon. Amazon no longer lets me review items and waited until yesterday to return my money. I exposed their secret. Cheap garbage on there unless its being sold by the item manufacturer itsself.
Yup. Garbage. I was upgrading my podcasting and streaming setup with the Shure, but it turned out to be Slnure, with a lowercase l and lowercase n shoved up next to each other to look the part. Assholes. I'm an ex musician. Lips are too shot for brass instruments. Played screech trumpet for wayyyyyy too long. And I can't sing worth a shit, though my wife records vocals on my equipment and loves the sound quality for a usb mic. I ended up with a Blue Yeti X. My shock mount and boom arm will be in tomorrow. Better than the old high-end Sennheiser XLR mics I had and at a fraction of the price. :D
Go to a pawn shop and buy an old sm-58... great sound, extremely durable...
I couldn't help but laugh at the first part. Sorry man.
The worst part about our instrument markets being flooded with Chinese garbage is that it was iconic companies like Fender, and Gibson that bear a lot of the blame. When I was a young player, you had to make sacrifices to get a quality instrument. Now days, if you cant afford the American made garbage that the major manufacturers are trying to pass off as quality instruments, they will gladly sell you something from their Chinese shitbox line of instruments. In the last 15 years I have bought and sold around 12 Les Pauls. Every last one had problems that could have been avoided with QC, but these companies dont give a shit about that anymore. Fender is much the same. I build all of my own strats now, using necks and bodies from Warmoth, a good American company. I'll never give either of those companies a dime of my money again. Fuck anyone that does biz with enemies of the constitution.
Guitar kits from stewart mcdonald stewmac.com parts, repair tools, etc..
All my musical gear is US made. Except for keyboard stuff :)
Those japs sure can make an electronic piano tell you what.
Where do you buy your equipment from?
Not sure it’s a secret
US manufacturer here - the worst part is that we (the manufacturers) have no control over who can sell our product, even under our own listing. If you dig a little into the product listings you will see that many of them are being fulfilled by multiple sellers and there is NO WAY for a consumer to tell who they are actually buying from. Anyone in China can create an account, offer a counterfeit version of our product for sale, outbid the legit product with a lowball price and sell dozens or even hundreds of units before they are caught. Then when their account gets canned they just start a new one. It’s a huge problem that most people don’t even know about (most of us have probably bought counterfeit product there without even realizing it, I would wager), and that Amazon doesn’t seem to care much about fixing.
I got banned for reviews when I received a fake, defective laptop battery listed as genuine. Apparently the right course of action isn’t posting pics of the battery received, it is contacting the seller for a refund.
Happened to me too. I tried to talk to someone to customer service about it and I was pretty much ignored.
I left a comment that said something along the lines "Seller sent me the wrong thing, but corrected it immediately. I donated the wrong item to my local church."
They, amazon, refused to let my comment through....I wonder why. Bet if I had said mosque or satanic child sacrifice pit they would have let it through.
It was spoons.
They banned me for saying a candy was delicious and "addictive"
