I was watching some news coverage of Reagan's victory in '80, and the Republican states were all blue. The tin foil hat part of me says that it's because the slogan, "better dead than red," was a bit too on the nose.

Not as annoying as turning the stars upsidedown in the GOP logo so they can giggle about how dumb we are for unknowingly supporting Satanic occult shit. I can't stand these people.
