Many of us grew up hunting,, fishing, and building stuff, but for those that haven't, now is the time to learn a little!

This is IN NO WAY going to make you an expert, but it never hurts to have more knowledge right?

Growing your own food: https://www.attainable-sustainable.net/grow-your-own-food/

Quick shelter: https://www.primalsurvivor.net/wilderness-survival-shelter-no-supplies/#:~:text=How%20to%20Build%20the%20Shelter%3A%201%20Find%20three,the%20outside%20to%20prevent%20them%20from%20blowing%20away

Tying fishing knots: http://www.fishing.sh/htmfiles/knots/tyingtraces.html

Skinning an animal: http://www.wildwoodsurvival.com/survival/hides/trm/trm2-23pg21.html

Cleaning a fish: https://www.thespruceeats.com/how-to-scale-and-clean-fish-4691736

Reload your own ammunition: https://www.pewpewtactical.com/beginners-guide-to-reloading-ammo/

Again, not in any way comprehensive, but I'd wager most of the people on here that have grown up in the city haven't done at least one of these things, if not more.

I didn't grow up nearly rural as yourself, but by choice, this is the lifestyle we've decided to live. I've gained tons of life experience by hunting and fishing and just living an outdoor life. Probably from 7yrs old till I started working I had a gun in my hand everyday going on some kind of adventure in the woods or on the water. Plus my bro just had a baby and plan on doing the same.
