I intend to make a website to provide and distribute election reform initiatives for Ohio. Ohio did quite well, but it does not mean it can't be targeted in the future.

I have purchased the domain names I want on dreamhost. Now I am not sure where to go from here, and what providers will not silence me. Can I use wordpress? I guess I can't use MailChimp?

I'm generally technically competent, but I thought I'd ask here for assistance.

Fight on (peacefully) everyone. It will take decades to fully right this ship.

I wouldn’t use mailchink, I’d find out how to make a script that will send emails from an email address you own, and a form that adds names to blurt emails to on that script. I’d trust a script anyway over mailchink. (God it feels good to rename companies like this 😆)

Are there no based companies? Is it really as simple as "build your own"

I know people do not like to hear this but yes.

The Left has successfully taken control of the largest and most extensive infrastructures in the Internet. If there is some method that they can use to cripple you and shut you down, they will peruse it. They have no shame for they believe they are morally virtuous. There is no negotiation that will lead to any outcome that isn’t total subservience to their whims. To break free from their influence, from their control, one must start over.

New infrastructure must be made and it must be made from scratch. Any reliance on infrastructure the Left controls will lead to them brigading and attempts at deplatforming. It is only when you have your own servers that they lose their power over you. It really is as simple as making your enemy come to you if they want to undermine you. This is no easy task and there will be growing pains as this new web expands and networks. Just as the Internet, there will be growing pains, but the victory at the end is worth it.

Nothing worth while is ever an easy to accomplish.

There’s probably some, but even they get pressured or deplatformed so the less you rely on anyone else, the better. Like look at Gab, they used to be with Epik and now that changed. I don’t know what happened there but I can take a guess. Even ProtonMail sometimes I wonder how long they will hold up. The more that can be done without relying on anyone, or a particular technology (insert Chinese cough here Cloudflare), the better lol

The simpler, and more automated, the better.
