it DOES. I feel like i'm shouting into the abyss. every business that has told the state govt or local govt to fuck off has won their case, even in our corrupt judiciary judges will stand up for the business.
All small businesses should post a User Terms in their windows and it should say...
COME ON IN. WE’RE OPEN
Our natural right to property ownership trumps all the unjust laws that restrict businesses from banning blacks, whites, gays, or whatever. If a restaurant wants to serve blacks only, that is their right.
We also still have the right to boycott and publicly condemn private businesses such as Big Tech companies for doing bad things.
